This is a launch draft, provided for review. It becomes binding at go-live after the operator's sign-off.
1. The software, and only the software
VoipFlow is multi-tenant cloud infrastructure orchestration software. We provide the software layer and its hosting. We are not a carrier: we do not provide trunks, lines, phone numbers, or minutes, and we do not route PSTN traffic. Any carriage is provided by the carrier you or your customers bring (BYOC), under that carrier's own terms.
2. Emergency calling
We enable and support Kari's Law notifications and RAY BAUM'S PIDF-LO pass-through. Emergency call delivery — including 911 — stays with the carrier. We do not guarantee emergency call delivery, and no statement in our product pages should be read as one.
3. Accounts and fair use
Accounts are provisioned per subscription, with unlimited tenant partitions at the stated concurrent-session capacity of the plan. Capacity limits are enforced cleanly: sessions beyond the plan's concurrent limit are rejected, not degraded. See the Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited traffic.
4. Fees
Pricing is flat and published: Starter at $399/month for 50 concurrent sessions (~500 seats) and Growth at $799/month for 150 concurrent sessions (~1,500 seats), with HA failover and HIPAA BAA. No minimum commitments. Referral commissions are 10% lifetime recurring on referred accounts.
5. Data
Tenant configuration, certificate material, and signaling metadata are processed to provide the service. EU-tenant workloads can be pinned to EU edge nodes. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
HA failover is a Growth-plan capability. We state capabilities factually and avoid availability promises; the sandbox exists precisely so you can test behavior against your own load before paying anything.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms: the contact page. An engineer answers.
