This is a launch draft, provided for review. It becomes binding at go-live after the operator's sign-off.

1. Prohibited traffic

War dialing, call-card brute forcing, toll-fraud dialing, traffic pumping, artificial traffic generation, and any dialing intended to monetize termination or inflate referral commissions. Toll-fraud controls (rate limits, destination restrictions, alerting) run on every tenant partition and violating traffic is blocked, not billed.

2. Carriage responsibility

VoipFlow is software orchestration. The carriage behind any call — including the destinations reachable through your carrier (BYOC) — is the carrier's responsibility and subject to the carrier's own acceptable-use terms. Violations of a carrier's policies through our software remain violations here.

3. Scanning and probing

The free SIP ALG Port Scanner probes only the target you give it, rejects private/reserved addresses, and is rate-limited. Using it to probe infrastructure you don't operate or don't have permission to test is prohibited.

4. Sandbox conduct

The 14-day sandbox is for evaluation of the software: load it with realistic signaling, test failover, break certificates on purpose — that's what it's for. Reselling sandbox capacity, or using it as a relay for production traffic past the trial, is not.

5. Enforcement

First violation: a warning and blocking of the violating pattern. Toll-fraud patterns: immediate partition lock, no refund of the current period, and a report to the affected carrier. We keep this factual because the engineers reading it will hold us to it.
